How should I store my Dab Rite?
- Store between 10°C to 40°C (50°F to 104°F)
- Keep away from moisture
- Do not leave outside
How do I power my Dab Rite on and off?
To power on your Dab Rite™, press and hold the power button down for one second until the screen illuminates.
To power off, press and hold the power button down for three seconds.
The Dab Rite™ will automatically turn off if it is left on and unused for five minutes.
What do the icons mean on the display screen?
How do I set the temperature on my Dab Rite?
The Dab Rite™ main feature is alerting you when your desired temperature is reached.
To set the temperature, press the ‘menu’ button once until you see the screen to the left. From here, use the left and right buttons to choose your temperature.
Once selected, press the menu/set button and use the left and right buttons to choose the temperature scale of Fahrenheit (F) or Celsius (C).
Press the menu button again to move onto the next screen.
How does the light alert work?
When the Light Alert is on, the icon will appear on the display. When the set temperature is reached, the screen with flash for three seconds to let you know it is time to dab.
To set the Light Alert, scroll to the screen shown to the left after setting your temperature. Using the left and right buttons, turn the Light Alert on or off.
Press the menu button again to move onto the next screen.
How do the sound alerts work?
When the Sound Alert is on, the icon will appear on the display. When the set temperature is reached, the unit will ding for three seconds to let you know it is time to dab. When both are on, both icons appear and the unit will flash and ding simultaneously.
To set the Sound Alert, scroll to the screen shown to the left after setting your Light Alert. Using the left and right buttons, turn the Sound Alert on or off.
Press the menu button again to move onto the next screen.
How do I set the banger type?
The Dab Rite™ has built-in emissivity settings that have been calibrated to quartz and opaque quartz bangers so it’s easy to switch between banger types.
To set the Banger Type, scroll to the screen shown to the left after setting your Sound Alert. Using the left and right buttons, choose between quartz and opaque quartz.
Press the menu button again to exit to the main display screen.
How does the LED sensor light work?
The Dab Rite™ sensor is equipped with an LED guide that makes it easy to know if your sensor is aligned with your banger.
To turn the guide on and off, triple click the ‘right’ button.
When the guide is on, the LED beam icon shown to the left will be displayed on the screen.
How long should I charge my Dab Rite?
The Dab Rite™ comes with a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery and has a battery icon in the upper left of the display that shows the battery’s life.
We recommend charging the device for 1-2 hours prior to the first use and again when it drops below 25%.
Plug the provided USB-C cable into the charging port to charge the unit. When the Dab Rite™ is on the battery icon will display the charge in the upper left. When the unit is powered off and charging, the charging icon will appear large on the screen as shown to the left.
What is the correct way to place the sensor?
The Dab Rite™ sensor is made to measure high heat and will only dis- play temperature ranges between 200°F and 800°F. Any temperature above or below those will read as “Low” or “Too Hot.”
To use, line the sensor up with the bottom of your heated banger. When the LED beam guide is on, the beam should align with the edge of your banger so the sensor is centred as shown to the left.
The ideal range for the sensor is between 1.27 cm - 3.81 cm. away from the bottom of the banger.
Use the flexible arm to adjust the height and position of the sensor. The silicone cover protects the sensor.
What are the suggested temperatures for different concentrates and compounds?
Different concentrates and the compounds found in them all vary when it comes to vaporizing temperatures. We recommend the following as a starting point, but encourage you to get your unit dialed in to your specific needs. The following is just a guide and will vary from person to person.
Ice Water Hash: 232°C to 287°C (450°F to 550°F)
Live Hash Rosin: 276°C to 304°C (530°F to 580°F)
Live Resin Badder: 282°C to 310°C (540°F to 590°F)
Live Resin Sauce/Diamonds: 287°C to 315°C (550°F to 600°F)

Troubleshooting
My sensor suddenly stopped working and isn’t reading the correct temperature. What should I do?
This is a common issue that can occur, especially when using a Slurper type banger. Take a cotton swab, dip it in isopropyl alcohol and swab out your Dab Rite Sensor! If that still doesn't correct the issue, please email us at help@dabrite.com
Why won’t my Dab Rite charge?
Please ensure that you are using the charging cable that we provided, a USB-C to USB-C cord will not work. It must be USB-A to USB-C
My Dab Rite’s arm is loose or won’t stay in position. What should I do?

What is included in the warranty on my Dab Rite?
The Vault BCN warrants the original purchaser of its products, when subjected to ordinary and intended use, will be free of defects of material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months after your purchase.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Dab RitesTM are tamper evident - opening your unit for any reason will void your warranty.
If you experience a problem with your product(s) and desire to have us repair or replace it, please contact us at hello@dabrite.com. All unauthorized returns will be refused for delivery. We are not responsible for items sent to us that are not in compliance with the terms of this warranty.
What is your shipping policy?
To ensure that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible, please double check that your shipping information is entered FULLY and CORRECTLY. In addition, the use of all correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, are critical to ensuring a timely delivery of your Dab Rite.

After your order has been placed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address that includes all of your order info. Please review your order confirmation email carefully and make sure your shipping information is correct. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email help@dabrite.com right away!
If our fulfillment center cannot ship the order due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, the order will be delayed, and in some cases cancelled and refunded. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused but this issue is out of our control.
When will my order ship?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process through our fulfillment center under normal circumstances. You’ll receive an automatic shipping email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Your tracking email may end up going to your spam folder. In order to prevent this from happening please add info@thevaultbcn.com to your address book.
Throughout the Holiday season, please anticipate up to 4 business days for order processing due to the increased volume of orders.
I entered the wrong shipping address on my order, can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped (you haven't received a shipping confirmation email) please send an email to info@thevaultbcn.com and we will do our best to get to the order before it ships.
